Return Policy

We offer refunds on returnable products purchased within 14 days .Products must be in new condition with tags attached, unworn, and must be free from all scents, including (but not limited to) body odor, perfumes, food and smoke.

Due to health regulations and hygienic reasons, the following products are a FINAL SALE: 

Accessories (including , products with an adhesive base (nipple covers, breast tape etc.) and products in sealed packages or containers.

All Panties 

Lingerie with a gusset (crotch), waist cinchers, corsets and items that come with an attached panty

Clearance Items - This includes items ending in .00 or items that are reduced by more than 50% off the original price.

 Online gift cards are not redeemable for cash, and may not be returned. Lost gift cards will not be reimbursed.

Please note:

Bras and other items containing underwires will not be refunded if it has been washed in a washing machine..

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card , within a certain amount of days.

Once a store credit (online gift card) has been issued, it cannot be reversed or refunded.

We do not offer price adjustments, including discount codes (birthday discounts) to orders after they have been placed.
